The Trails at Silverdale: A Shopping and Dining Destination

Both locals and visitors find reasons to enjoy and return to The Trails at Silverdale. The 30-acre property situated in the heart of Silverdale is an outdoor, open-air hub where people can pick up their groceries, find a bite (or two) to eat, and browse a variety of retail shops. It is designed to nurture the community with a creative use of mixed-use development where people have their needs and wants met in a welcoming environment.

“We want The Trails to be a neighborhood one-stop shop for grocery and retail service, including date night and doing your errands,” says Bryan Kozu, Senior Marketing Manager at CenterCal Properties. With the addition of Visionworks, the buildings are fully leased.

The Trails is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, which offers natural and organic foods, fresh produce, and comprehensive selections of edible goods. Marshalls and HomeGoods offer competitive pricing with ever-changing merchandise. Visitors will easily recognize Old Navy, Total Wine & More, Ulta Beauty and DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse. There are large specialty stores such as La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings, Trek Bicycle and Sleep Number. It’s possible to visit the dentist and upgrade your cellphone. Do you have a young one? Carter’s has children’s apparel, accessories and gifts. Some retailers offer a military discount with proper ID.

Feeling hungry? There are two full-service sit-down restaurants: Blazing Onion and Trapper’s Sushi. Enjoy casual dining at Habit Burger & Grill, Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s and MOD Pizza. Café and treats can be found at Crumbl, Johnny Coffee, and Waffle Stop.

The area surrounding The Trails at Silverdale provides several apartment buildings, new residential homes and memory care, many within walking distance or a short drive. Kitsap Transit, the public transportation, stops directly in front of the shopping center.

The Trails is a popular place with lots of parking. The secondary entrance (north/side access) may be less busy and is located past the main entrance where drivers come in behind the restaurant buildings.

Though The Trails is a retail hub, there are adjacent walking and biking paths. There’s a lot to see and do. Plan your next trip to The Trails at Silverdale.
